Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on t e
18th day of December , 1978 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move its adopt on:
RESOLUTION #78-828
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR MEDICINE LAKE ESTATES SECOND
ADDITION FOR RICHARD SMITH (A-723)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat for Medicine Lake Estates
Second Addition as requested by Richard Smith;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the city engineer's memorandum for this
project.
2. Dedication of storm water drainage easement to the City for all plat area
below elevation 930 feet, to satisfy the requirements established with the
approval of Medicine Lake Estates platting. No abatement of area charges
shall be considered.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Couqcilmembgr 1 ` , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof, Mayor Hunt. Councilmemb r_c Hoyt_ bails.,
