Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regUlar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

APPROVING FINAL PAT FOR MEDICINE LAKE ESTATES SECOND ADDITION FOR RICHARD SMITH
(A-723)
WHEREAS, Richard Smith has requested approval of the final plat for Medicine
Lake Estates Second Addition, a replat of 4 lots, Block 1 of Medicine Lake Estates,
and of 4 lots, Block 1 of Creekwood Heights Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
10 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Richard Smith for •
final plat approval of Medicine Lake Estates Second Addition, a replat for
Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 1 of Medicine Lake Estates, and of Lots !A, 11, 12 and
13, Block 1 of Creekwood Heights Addition.
FURTHER that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assess-
ment corrections based upon City policy when the final plat is approved by Hennepin
County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
