its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 818
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AMERIK FIRST ADDITION AND ADJACENT AREA
PROJECT NO. 906

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 78-798 of the City Council, adopted the 27th day of
November, 1978, fixed a date for a public hearing on the improvements of the
Amerik 1st Addition and adjacent area (Quaker Lane, 28th Avenue, Orleans Lane
and 27th Avenue) by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer,
bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances,
and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 18th day
of December, 1978, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon; I
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Street, sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer on Quaker Lane and
the 27th Avenue cul-de-sac as outlined in the report.
2. 28th Avenue street improvement including the intersection with Quaker
Lane both north and scuth, extending easterly to complete the inter-
section of Orleans Lane Voing south and curb and gutter extending to
the intersection of Orleans Lane going north (no improvements adjacent
to Lot 12, Block 1, Medicine Park 3rd Addition).
3. Improvement of the street on Orleans Lane adjacent to Amerik 1st
Addition from 27th to 28th Avenue (no improvement on the east side of
the street).
4. The storm sewer improvement on 26th Avenue as outlined in the report.

5. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as
engineer for the improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvment.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byNeils and upon vote beingg taken thereon the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
