ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FERNBROOK LANE - HIGHWAY 55 TO COUNTY ROAD 6
PROJECT NO. 905
WHEREAS, Resolution Nc. 78-797 of the City Council, adopted the 27th day of
November, 1978, fixed a date for a public hearing on the improvement of Fernbrook
Lane from County Road 6 to H;ghway 55, the extension of Cheshire Lane sn:,therly
to 25th Avenue and the improvement of existing Cheshire Lane; by the ins—Ilation.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T14E CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted November 27, 1978.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as engineer,
for the improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
