The following members were present: Mavor H m Cnunrilmomhers yt� Noilc, Seibold and cpaeth The following members were absent: NnnP CouncilmemtsPr a5paeth introduced the following Resolution and move 1 is a o ion: RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 816 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATION FOR NORTH CENTRAL INTERCEPTOR SEWER. - WEST MEDICINE LAK ---- LATERAL - COUNTY ROAD 9 IIATERMAIN PROJECT NO. 901 '1HEREAS, Resolution No. 78-732 and 78-795 of the City Council, adopted the 6th and 27th day of November, 1978, fixed a date for a public hearing on the improvement of the "forth Central Interceptor Sewer commencing from point 16 to 18 (from nenerally a northwesterly direction from approximately 1000 feet south of County Road'9 to County Road 9 at a point approxinately 2000 feet east of hest Medicine Lake Boulevard and thence westerly along County Road 9 to West Medicine Lake Boulevard) as shown on the adopted Comprehensive Sewer Plan for Plymouth, Alternate Plan B, July 22, 1973, and also trunk watermain along County Road No. 9 from West Medicine Lake Road to I-491, and also lateral sewer lines to serve the proposed Rappaport and Blossomwood Hills Plats, by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, street restoration and all necessary appurtenances as may be necessary, and 1IHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 18th day of December, 1978, at which tine all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted November 6, 1978. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as engineer for the improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the nakina of such improvement. 3. The engineer is to consider and report to the City Council before proceed- ing with detailed plans whether the preliminary engineering report should be modified considering the alignment of New County Road 9, the new alignment of County Road 61 and the plans of the Hennepin County Park Pr serve Di tri t.
