Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular Council meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. M nnesota was held on $Fie

Councilmember Hoy introduced the following Resolution and
moved i adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-814
CHANGING DESIGNATION OF NIAGARA LANE TO PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved the plats of the Plymouth
Center Addition and Plymouth Hills Additions, which platting identifies
Niagara Lane, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to change the name of Niagara Lane as it
traverses these two plats;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the existing designation of Niagara Lane north of Highway 55
as it traverses the Plymouth Center and Plymouth Hills plats be and the same
is hereby changed to Plymouth Boulevard.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
tollowlng voted In favor thereof: Acting Mayor Spaeth, Councilmembers
Hoyt and Neils

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly parksed and adopted.
EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
HENNEPIN RIGHT COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting df the Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
duly held at the Council Chambers, 14900 C 23rd Avenue North in
the City of Plymouth, on Monday, December 18, 1978, commencing at
7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Hunt,
Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
and the following were absent: None.
The Mayor announced that the meeting was convened for
the consideration of the bids which had been received for the
purchase of $8,250,000 General Obligation Bonds of 1978, as
advertised for sale. The City Clerk presented affidavits showing
publication of notice of sale in the official newspaper and in
Commercial west, a financial paper published in Minneapolis,
Minnesota, which
affidavits were examined and found satisfactory and ordered
placed on file.
The City Clerk presented the sealed bids which had been
received prior to the time specified in the notice of sale, which
were then opened and tabulated. The bids were as follows:
