Minnesota was a owe 4th day of December , 19 78. The following members were present: Acting Mayor S aeth Councilmer�bers Hoyt and Seibold The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt and Councilmember Seibold Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-808 APPROVING 1979-1981 LABOR CONTRACT WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES, LOCAL 18 WHEREAS, representatives of the City and Law Enforcement Labor Services, Local 18, have met to negotiate a labor contract for the bargaining unit represented by Law Enforcement Labor Services, Local 18, and WHEREAS, the City Manager submitted to this City Council the proposed labor contract which has been negotiated between the City and the Union and has recommended its approval by the City Ccuncii; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the labor contra.:t negotiated between the City of Plymouth and Law Enforcement Labor Services, Local 18, for the period of January 1, 1979 through December 31, 19,111 be and the same is hereby approved. FURTHER that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the labor agreement on behalf of the City of Plymouth.
