Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Minnesota was held on the
4th day of December 1978 . The following members were

C Neils introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 78-806
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING RESOLUTION NO. 78-805
WITH THE HENNEPIN COUNTY FINANCE DIRECTOR
WHEREAS, the City Council did by Resolution No. 78-805 rescind and set aside
special assessment Levy No. 6104 relating to Plat 43719, Parcel 1592, pursuant
to Court Order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it does direct that prior to filing of Resolution No. 78-805 with
the Hennepin County Finance Director agreements between the parties involved shall
be documented and signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Dunt 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
