Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,M nni esota was held on the
27th day of November , 19 78. The following members were

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-801
APPROVING DISBURSEMENTS FOR PERIOD ENDING OCTOBER 31, 1978
WHEREAS, a list of disbursements for the period ending October 31, 1978 was
presented to the Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the payments of the list of disbursements of the following funds
is approved:
First National Bank of Wayzata
General Fund $544,995.69
Construction Fund 94,204.98
Plymouth State Bank
Utilities Fund 186,999.14
Housing Redevelopment Authority 15,338.17
First National Bank of Minneapolis
Special Assessment Funds 160,096.82
GRAND TOTAL ALL FUNDS $1,001,634.80
Above totals for the period ending October 31, 1978.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Seibold and Spaeth
