Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
. the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
27th day of November , 1978 . The following members were
present: jyor Help, Councilmembers Hpyt Neild Seibold and Spaeth
The following memoers were a sent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-796
CANCELING AND REESTABLISHING PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 707
SEVEN PONDS AREA
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council, adopted November 6, 1978, the
Pulic Impoovement Hearing was set for the 4th day of December, 1978, and
WHEREAS, proper notice was not given as required for the Public Hearing
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Public Hearing established for December 4, 1978 be canceled
and reestablished on December 18, 1978.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

0 owing votte favor thereto _Mgyor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold agd Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
