Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aspecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
27th day of Novembar , 19 78 . The following me!ibers were

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-795
C'1NLELING AND RESTABLISHING PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 901
NORTH CENTRAL INTERCEPTOR SEWER
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council, adopted November 6, 1978, the
Public Improvement Hearing was set for the 4th day of December, 1978, and
WHEREAS, proper notice was not given as required for the Public Hearing
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Public Hearing established frir December 4, 1978 be canceled
and reestablished on December 18, 1978.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
