Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was—held on the
27th day of November , 1978 . The following members were
present: MayorHunnt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 78-792
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF REGISTERED LAND SURVEY OF
PLAT OF MAURICE MC CAFFREY (A-752)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a registered land survey of plat of Maurice
McCaffrey Resolution 78- ;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following condition to be met
prior to filing of said registered land survey:
1. Language in the ownership covenant shall be revised as approved by the City
Attorney to provide for maintenance by the City of common areas, utilities,
and streets if necessary, with the cost of said maintenance being assessed
to the ownership.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote ; n favor thereof', Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth ,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
