Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on t e
27th day of November , 1978 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils. Seibold and $yaeij�_.
The following members were a sent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 78-791
APPROVING REGISTERED LAND SURVEY OF PLAT OF MAURICE MC CAFFREY (A-752)
WHEREAS, Maurice McCaffrey, 1065 West Ferr;dale Road, Wayzata, has requested approval
of a registered land survey of platted property within the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval of the proposed registered iand survey involving Lot 5 of the Gleason North
Addition for Maurice McCaffrey;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve said registered land survey
requested by Maurice McCaffrey, subject to the following condition:
1. Previous approvals of site plans and a development contract per Council Res.
77-577, 77-578, and 77-579 shall apply.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
