HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1978-790• CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M1nnesota was held on the 27th day of __,fovember , 1918 . The following members were present: Ma or Hunt,Councilmembers Hoyt Neils SEibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None Mayor Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-790 ORDERING PRELIMINARY REPORT FOR UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR QUEENSLAND LANE WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a preliminary plat for Hadley Place Addition, and WHEREAS, said preliminary plat is adjacent to the existing Queensland Lane NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. That upon the receipt of a petition from Lundgren Bros., the Developer of Hadley Place Addition, the City Council orders a Preliminary Report for utility and street improvements for Queensland Lane. 2. The Preliminary Report is to include a study of the unsewered area between Queensland Lane and Hadley Lake to determine the most feasible method of serving this area with sanitary sewer service. 3. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in avor t ereo Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted agaied:nst or abstainone Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted. ***
