Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
. 20th daffy of November , 19_a. The following members were

The following members were a sent: Mayor Hunt
Councjlmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-785
APPOINTING DIRECTOR TO SUBURBAN SANITARY DISPOSAL AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is a member of the Suburban Sanitary Disposal
Authority, and
WHEREAS, it has been requested by the Suburban Sanitary Disposal Authority
that the Council of the City of Plymouth appoint a representative to the
Suburban Sanitary Disposal Authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY JF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Fred G. Moore is hereby appointed to represent
the City of Plymouth as a Director to the Suburban Sanitary Disposal Authority.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�gpcjlmembar , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
tollow1rig voted In favor thereof: Arting Mayor Spaeth, rouncilmambare.
