Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
20th day of November 19 78. The following members were
present: Acting ayorpae ou,icimembers Hoyt, Neils and Seibold
The following members were absent: May or Hunt
IUDlmembpr Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78- 783
RESOLUTION ORDERING STOP SIGN
33RD AVENEU AT DUNKIRK LANE
WHEREAS, 33rd Avenue has been constructed between Fountain and
Dunkirk Lanes, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found that there is a need to designate
the right-of-way for automobile traffic in this area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does order the in-
stallation of a stop sign at the intersection of 33rd Avenue and
Dunkirk Lane for east bound traffic on 33rd Avenue.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
