Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Minnesota was heTT on the
20th day of November , 19 78. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Spaeth, ounci members Hoyt, Neils and Seibold
The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a opt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-782
RESOLUTION ORDERING STOP SIGN
32ND AVENUE AT DUNKIRK LANE
WHEREAS, 32nd Avenue has been constructed between Fountain and
Dunkirk Lanes, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found that there is a need to designate
the right-of-way for automobile traffic in this area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that is should and hereby does order the in-
stallation of a stop sign at the intersection of 32nd Avenue and
Dunkirk Lane for east bound traffic on 32nd Avenue.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon rote being taken thereon, the
