Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Mfinnesota was held on the
20th daffy of November , 19 78. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Spaeth, Councilmembi—rT Hoyt Neils and Seibold
The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt
Councilmemker Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
movea Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-778
RESOLUTION ORDERING STOP SIGN
28TH PLACE AT FERNBROOK LANE
WHEREAS, 28th Place has been constructed between Harbor and Fernbrook
Lanes, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found that there is a need to designate
the right-of-way for automobile traffic in this area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that is should and hereby does order the
installation of a stop sign at the intersection of 28th Place and
Fernbrook Lane for west bound traffic on 28th Place.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n Favor thereof. Agting Mayor Spaeth, CnuncilmemhPre, Hnvt�
Neils and Seibold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
