Pursuant to due rall and notice thereof, a r regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
20th day of November , 19_a. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt._Councilme bers Hoyt. Neils Seibold and cnaPth

Rrff_ilmemger Neils introduced the following Resolution and
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-777
ORDERING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
ON PLAT 43721, PARCEL. 1430
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on November20, 19?3, the
City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost completing
the following improvements:
Fernbrook Lane; City Project No. 71-8 and Fox Meadows Sanitary Sewer
Oversizing; City Project No. 70-2 as each project benefits Plat 43721,
Parcel 1430
AND WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment
has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public in-
spection;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 18th day of December, 1978 at
the City Council Chamber of the Public Works Building, 14900
23rd Avenue North, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass
upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all
persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given
an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state
in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall
also cause mailed notice to be given tc, the owner of each parcel
described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
