The following members were present:Ma or Hunt Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its a opt on: RESOLUTION NO, 78 -776 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR PLAT 43721, PARCEL 1430 WHEREAS, special assessments were spread against benefiting property for Project 70-2, Fox Meadows Storm Sewer Oversizing Improvements and Project 71-8, Fernbrook Lane Street Improvements, and WHEREAS, Plat 43721, Parcel 1430 was erroneously excluded from assessment for these improvements, and WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City Coun;il of the City of Plymouth to asses properties benefited by such improvements; NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT HEREBY %;ESOLVED BY 1 -HE CITY COULCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that: 1. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City's consulting engineer, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially _ssesssed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, ►rithout regard to cash valuation, as irovided by law, and she shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in her office f -)r public inspection. 2. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof. 3. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $4,000.32. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vo e n avor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hovt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth ine Toiiowing votea against or anstatnea; None whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and a opte ,
