Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regularmeeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nn� esota was held on the j

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
movea its adoption
RESOL.:lTION N0, 78- 775
REMOVAL OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of Resolution Ni. 71-46, special assessments
were levied by the City Council for Project No. 70-2, A; Fox Meadows Storm Sewer
Oversizing Improvements, in the amount of $826.20 against Plat 43721, Parcel 1625,
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of Resolution No. 71-152, special assessments
were levied by the City Council for Project No. 71-8, A; Fernbrook Lane Street
Improvements, in the amount of $3,174.12 against Plat 43721, Parcel 1625, and
WHEREAS, the above assessments were erroneously levied against Plat 43721, Parcel
1625;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the special assessments plus interest charged to Plat 43721,
Parcel 1625 be removed as follows:
a. Levy No. 5320 be reduced in the amount of $826.20
b. Levy No. 5321 be reduced in the amount of $3,174.12
2. Hennepin County'be notified to remove the above assessments from
their files.
3. That the City is to reimburse the property owner of Parcel 1625
for all prior year installments plus interest at the rate of 8%
per year that have been paid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded b,
Councilmember Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n avor thereof: Mavor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils_
Seibold and Spaeth
