Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heTd on the
20th day of November , 19 78. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Spaeth, Counci members Hoyt, Neils and Seibold
The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 78-765
APPROVING RELEASE OF LANDSCAPE BOND #80535622 FOR CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-
DAY SAINTS
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter -Day Saints, 50 East North Temple Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, has completed
the original landscaping as per approved original site plan for the Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter -Day Saints for the Minneapolis 5th Ward Church, 330 Vicksburg
Lane, Plymouth, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, City Staff has inspected said landscaping and recommends release of said
landscape bond;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the release of landscape bond
#80535622 in the amount of $12,900.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted to favor thereof, Acting Mayor SRaeth. Councilmembers Hoyt
Neils and Seibold
the following voted against or abstained, None ,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly partied and adopted,
