Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,nesota was held on tie
20th day of November , 1978 . The following members were

Councilm mber Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move is adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-763
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR ROBERT EARL COPE
(A-862)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot consolidation/division for Robert Earl
Cope Resolution #78- ;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot consolidation/division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's memorandum for this division,
2. Payment of park dedication fees in the amount of $275.00.
3. No building permits issued until filing of the division is confirmed by the
City Attorney.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cqyncilmember Ngils ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the
tollowing voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
