Count mem ers Hot Neils Seibold and Spaeth eh�o1'JOWIng Me'mbers were sent: NnnP RRR R** Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its a tion: RESOLUTION 78-762 APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION VARIANCE FOR EXISTING UNPLATTED LOTS FOR ROBERT EARLCOPE (A-862) RRR WHEREAS, Robert Earl Cope, 830 RhpieIsland Ave. No., Golden Valley, MN, has requested a lot division/consolidation variance of existing unplatted parcels within the City of Plymouth; and WHEREAS, said variance request has been reviewed by the Planning Commission which recommends approval; and WHEREAS, said request includes a lot width variance of 10 feet for the new parcel; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following lot division/ consolidation and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the variance is approved by Hennepin County: Plat 43726, Parcel 3050 -- That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows; Commencing at a point on the south line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, 324.60 feet east of the southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence north and parallel with the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter 671.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence east and parallel with the south line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, 324.60 feet; thence north and parallel with the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, 160.00 feet; thence west and parallel with the south line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, 324,60 feet; thence south and parallel with the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, 160.00 feet to the point of beginning. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth , The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
