Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of

APPROVING DIVISION FOR AN EXISTING PLATTED LOT FOR GEORGE A. JACKSON (A-861)

WHEREAS, George A. Jackson, 1760 Shelard Tower, Minneapolis, MN 55426, has requested
a division of an existing platted parcel within the City of Plymouth;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel Description
44357 6060 That part of Block 2, Lot 1, Metro Industrial Park lying
west of the east 570' thereof.
To be divided into three new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
That part of Lot 1, Block 2, Metro Industrial Park, according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the north-
west corner of said Lot 1, thence southerly along the westerly line of said Lot 1 a
distance of 344.60 feet; thence easterly, deflecting to the left 90 degrees 00 minutes
00 seconds, a distance of 591.32 feet to the west line of the east 570.00 feet of
said Lot 1; thence northerly along said west line of the east 570.00 feet to the
northerly line of said Lot 1, thence westerly along said northerly line to the point
of beginning.
Parcel B
That part of Lot 1, Block 2, Metro Industrial Park, according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying south of a line drawn west at right angles
to the east line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21,
Township 118, Range 22, from a pointthereon distant 832 feet north of the southeast
corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, and which lies northerly
of the following described line and its northwesterly extension: Beginning at a
point on the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter distant
532.58 feet north of the southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter; thence west at right angles from said east line a distance of 1626.85 feet;
thence deflect to the right at an angle of 42 degrees 57 minutes 51 seconds to the
westerly line of said Lot 1, Block 2, and there terminating. Except the east
570 feet thereof of said Lot 1. Also that part of Lot 1, Block 2, Metro Industrial
Park, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying
north of a line drawn at right angles to the east line of the Southeast Quarter of

the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 118, Range 22, from a point thereon
distant 832 feet north of the southeast torner of said Southeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter; and which lies southerly of a line described as commencing at
the northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence southerly along the west line of said
Lot 1 a distance of 344.60 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be des-
cribed; thence easterly deflecting to the left 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds
a distance of 1161.32 feet to the east line of said Lot 1 and said line there
terminating. EXCEPT the east 570 feet of said Lot 1.
Parcel C
That part of Lot 1, Block 2, Metro .Industrial Park, according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the following described
line and its northwesterly extension: Beginning at a point on the east line of
said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter distant 532.58 feet north of the
southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Ouarter; thence west
at right angles from said east line a distance of 1026.85 feet; thence deflect to
the right at an angle of 42 degrees 57 minutes 51 seconds to the westerly line of
said Lot 1, Block 2, and there terminating. Except the east 570 feet thereof of
said Lot 1.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
