Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reoular meting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wase d on t e

Seiboldintroduced the following Resolution and
moveflits, adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78- 760
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR JAMES LOKEN (A-730)
WHEREAS, James Loken has requested approval of conditional use permit for a raquetball/
indoor sports facility in the I-1 District at the southeast quadrant of Fernbrook
Lane and Hwy. 55; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the conditional use permit for
James Loken for a racquetball/indoor sports facility as a compatible service -type
use in the I-1 District at property in the southeast quadrant of Fernbrook Lane
and Hwy. 55, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the site plan approval requirements of the Zoning Ordinance.
2. The building shall be designed to allow for convertibility to industrial useage.
3. Approval of the conditional use permit recognizes that future improvement of
Fernbrook Lane could result in a right -turn -in, right -turn -out only access due
to a center divider.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
