The following members were present: Mayor Hunt- Councilmemhers Hoyt- Neils_ SFihnld and c Ap} The following members were absent: *** tet• r*,► Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-751 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF REVISED FINAL PLAT FOR GLEASON LAKE ADDITION FOR CHARLES VAN EECKHOUT (A-196) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the revised final plat and revised development contract for Gleason Lake Addition as requested by Charles Van Eeckhout; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, direct the following prior to recording of said plat: 1. Compliance with provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding this project shall be arranged through the execution of the Development Contract. 2. Trail dedication shall consist of .635 acres corridor (Outlot A) and, for additional required fees -in -lieu of dedication, construction of an 8 foot asphalt trail per specifications of the City Engineer within the trail cor- ridor and a 7 foot wide bridge at the northwest corner of Lot 14, Block 1, per City specifications by the developer. A 6 foot wide concrete walkway adjacent to the west curb of Black Oaks Lane, thickened at drivewa s, shall be completed and the corridor deeded to the City within twelve (12) months. 3. Conveyance of required drainage and utility easements. 4. Developer shall submit with the record plat a print of the approved sub- division showing the proposed basement floor elevation for each dwelling unit; the acceptable minimum elevation shall be at least two feet above the established high water elevation, as determined by the City Engineer.
