HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1978-750• CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of November 19 78. The following members were present: Mayor unt, ounce !members Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resoluticn and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #78-750 APPROVING REVISED FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR GLEASON LAKE ADDITION FOR CHARLES VAN EECKHOUT (A-196) WHEREAS, Charles Van Eeckhout has received, under Resolutions No. 77-724 and No. 77-725, approval of the final plat for Gleason Lake Addition, a plat for single- family residential development consisting of 18 lots located at the southeast corner of Dunkirk Lane and County Road 6 and a development contract therefor; and, WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed a request for revisions involving trail corridor design and recommends approval; and WHEREAS, the CityStaff has prepared a revised development contract covering the improvements related to said revised plat; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Charles Van Eeckhout for revised final plat approval of Gleason Lake Addition, a plat for single-family residential development consisting of 18 lots and one outlot, located at the south- east corner of Dunkirk Lane and County Road 6. FURTHER, that the revised development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the City.
