Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a -regular meeting of
the Z8ty Council of the City of Plymouth, nMi nesota was he on e
day of Novembr _, 19jo_. The following members were
present: Favor Hunt, Counci meml bars Hoyt Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 78- 749
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING ZONING DESIGNATION OF RPUD 77-1 IN LIEU OF RPUD 76-4 (A-698)
WHEREAS, Council Resolution No. 78-153 was adopted March 27, 1978, approving
preliminary plat/plan and conditional use permit for RPUD 76-4. "Drakeland",
for St.Paul Companies and Meadow Corporation; and,
WHEREAS, the correct designation of said project, between 45th Ave. No. and
49th Ave. No., west of Nathan Lane, 1s RPUD 77-1;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the designation of the
zoning between 45th Ave. No. and 49th Ave. No., west of Nathan Lane as RPUD 77-1,
subject to the provisions of Resolution No. 78-153.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Council , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
