Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regul ar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota waseh le on the
2nth day of Iovpmhpr 1918, The following members were

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-748
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "DRAKELANDS" FOR ST. PAUL
COMPANIES, INC. (A-698)
WHEREAS the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for "Drakelands" as requested by St. Paul Companies, Inc.;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Appropriate documentation, approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed
with the final plat indicating the following:
Outlots A and B are part of that approved development known as RPUD 77-1
subject to preliminary plat and development plan dated February 8, 1978
as referenced in City Council Res. 78-153 as amended; and Outlot C is
subject to the provisions of City Ordinance No. 77-5 referring to general
plan dated February 22, 1977 and to the preliminary plat dated
February 22, 1977.
2. All trash, debris, and dead trees shall be removed from the property as
verified by the City Inspection Department.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n favor thereof, Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following vote against orabstained;— None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pasised and adopted,
