Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
20th day of November , 19_a. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None

moveLnits adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-747
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR "DRAKELANDS" FOR ST. PAUL COMPANIES, INC. (A-698)
WHEREAS, St. Paul Companies, Inc. has requested approval of the final plat for
"Drakelands" for three outlots at the southwest corner of 49th Ave. No. and County
Road 18; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said reauest and recommends
its approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of St. Paul Companies,Inc.
for final plat approval of "Drakelands", a plat for 3 outlots at the southwest
corner of 49th Ave. No. and County Road 18, subject to the following conditions:
I. Outlots A and B are part of that approved development known as RPUD 77-1 subject
to preliminary plat and development plan dated February 8, 1978 as referenced
in City CouncilRes.78-153 as amended; and Outlot C is subject to the provisions
of City Ordinance No. 77-5 referring to general plan dated February 22, 1977
and to the preliminary plat dated February 22, 1977.
2. Determination of Park Dedication and/or fees -in -lieu of Park Dedication shall
be determined according to Council policy in force at the time of actual
development.
3. All development within Outlot B shall be subject to specific site plan approvals,
applicable ordinance provisions, and development density shall not, in any case,
exceed 240 units, with at least 71 units affordable to families of low - moderate
income units. Approval of the February 8, 1978 development plan does not con-
stitute site plan approval for the multiple dwellings on Outlot B.
4. Compliance with applicable provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
