Pursuant to due call Anotice thereof, a regular 0 meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was Fe-Tdon the

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78- 746
APPROVING ADOPTION OF FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
1979-1983
WHEREAS, the City Council has developed a Capital Improvements Program for the
years 1979 through 1983; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been recommended by the Planning Commission
as to consistency with all local comprehensive plans; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been reviewed by the public at a public
hearing conducted on November 20, 1978;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
.MINNESOTA that the Capital Improvements Program presented at the public hearing
on November 29, 1978, be and the same is hereby adopted as the official Capital
Improvements Program for the City of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 owing voted in favor ereo : _ Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
