Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he—Td on the
20th day of November , 19 78. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Spaeth. Coun�ilmembers Hoyt.ils and Saihold
The following members were a sent: mayor Hunt
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-745
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH - PHASE III - PROJECT 807
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 78-680 of the City Council, adopted the 16th day of
October, 1978, fixed a date for a Public Hearing on Downtown Plymouth, Phase III
by installation of 9 -ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, water -
main, sanitary sewer and storm sewer, and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 20th day of
November, 1978, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted October 16, 1978.
Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as engineer
for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

The following- vote against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and all—opted.
