The following -members were absent:
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78_742
AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION OF STOP SIGN
SOUTH SHORE DRIVE AND MINNESOTA & WESTERN R. R.
WHEREAS, the Cities of Plymouth and Medicine Lake have determined the need
to install stop signs on South Shore Drive at the Minnesota & Western
Railroad, and
WHEREAS, the northbound leg of S3uth Shore Drive is in the City of Plymouth
at this paint;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Council hereby authorizes the installation
of one stop sign on the south side of the Minnesota & Western Railroad
tracks for northbound South Shore Drive.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof; Mayor Hunt, CounrilmemhPrc HnA NPiIc,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following vote against or abstained;
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
