the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved ts adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78- 735
AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR
PROJECT NO. 828
WHEREAS, the County and the City for some time have been negotiating to bring
about improvement to that portion of County Road No. 6 between I-494 and Water
Tower Circle (Project No. 828) as shown on the County Engineer's plan for County
Project No. 7648, which improvement contemplates and includes grading, base,
bituminous surfacing, drainage, concrete curb and gutter, traffic signal system
and other related improvement, and
WHEREAS, the above described project lies within the corporate limits of the City
of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, the County Engineer has heretofore on August 10, 1978 prepared an
engineer's estimate of quantities and unit prices of materials and labor for the
above described project and an estimate of the total cost for contract work in the
sum of $325,897.90, and
WHEREAS, it is contemplated that said work be carried out by the County under the
provision of M.S.A. Section 152.17, Subdivision 1
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the attached
"Construction Cooperative Agreement" with Hennepin County for said project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
