Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
6th day of November , 1978 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, ounci members Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78- 734
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
PROJECT 828
COUNTY ROAD 6 AND 61 INTERSECTION
WHEREAS, plans for Hennepin County Project No. 7648 showing proposed alignment,
profiles, grades, and cross sections, together with specifications and special
provisions for the construction of County State Aid Highway No. 6 within the limits
of the City of Plymouth State Aid Project have been prepared and presented to the
City
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that said plans, specifications, and special provisions be in all things
approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor the Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seihold and Spaeth
heal owing voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
