Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, ffinnesota was held on the
6th day of November , 19 78. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following mem ers were absent: None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-733
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND
ORDERING PROJECT NO. 909
26TH AVENUE - ANNAPOLIS TO YUCCA LANES
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 23, 1978, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvements in 26th Avenue - Annapolis to Yucca Lane by the construction of
sanitary sewer, watermains, streets, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances, and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on November 6, 1978
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted October 23, 1978. The petitioner has waived his right to a public
hearing.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as
the engineer for the improvment. They shall prepare plans and specifi-
cations for the makings of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CCoouunnt member Hoyt and upon vote being taken the+eon, the
fol ing voted —in favor t ereo : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The fo'luwing voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
