The following members were present:Mayor Hunt weSeiboldand S aeth The followin members re a sent: None Cou' on Pr Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved Its RESOLUTION NO. 78-732 RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. 901 NORTH CENTRAL INTERCEPTOR SEWER WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council, adopted June 5, 1978, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with respect to the improvement of the North Central Interceptor Sewer commencing from point 16 to 18 (from generally a northwesterly direction from approximately 1000 feet south of County Road 9 to County Road 9 at a point approximately 2000 feet east of West Medicine Lake Boulevard and thence westerly along Cou:ty Road 9 to West Medicine Lake Boulevard) as shown on the adopted Comprehensive Sewer Plan for Plymouth, Alternate Plan B. July 22, 1973, and also trunk watermain along County Road No. 9 from West Medicine Lake Road to I-494, and also lateral sewer lines to serve the proposed Rappaport and Blossomwood Hills plats, and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, street restoration and all necessary appurtenances as may be necessary, and WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on November 6, 1978 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such sanitary sewer and watermain improvements in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement . pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $648,035.00. 2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 4th day of December, 1978, in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building at 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice -of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
