Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
6th day of November , 19_21. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hovt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: ane
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-731
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND
ORDERING PROJECT NO. 832
SCHMIDT LAKE HILLS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted August 7, 1978, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvementsin the Schmidt Lake Hills Addition by the construction of
sanitary sewer, watermains, streets, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances, and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on November 6, 1978
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted August 7, 1978. The petitioner has waived his right to a public
hearing.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated
as the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the makings of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
