Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular "meting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hel on the
6th day of November 19 78. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
move its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-730
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 707
SEVEN PONDS AREA
WHEREAS, pursuant to the proposed 1979 Capital Improvements Program, the previous
report prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates. Inc. has been updated
with respect to the improvement of the Seven Ponds area including Holly Lane, 32nd
Avenue North and CSAH 24 from Dunkirk Lane to T.H. 101 by the installation of
sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, 7 -ton bituminous streets with concrete curb
and gutter and all necessary appurtenances and this report was received by the
Council on November 6, 1978
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance
with the report and the assessment of affected property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended) at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $345.755.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 4th
day of December, 1978, in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works
Building at 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as
required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
