The following members were present: ayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt Neils Seibold and Spaeth _ The following members were a sent: None Coouncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-729 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF OLD COUNTY ROAD NO. 9 WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 414.851 Metram Properties Company, the developer of Four Seasons Shopping Center, has petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the following right-of-way for old County Road No. 9: That part of Hennepin County Road No. 9 in part of Section 13, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying west- erly of the northerly extension of the westerly right of way of Lancaster Lane, as platted in Plymouth Plaza 4th Addition, and lying easterly and southerly of the following described line: Beginning at a point on the northerly lot line of Lot 4, Block 5, Plymouth Plaza 2nd Addition, distant 46.35 feet westerly of the northeast corner of said Lot 4 (said northerly line has assumed bearing of N 88026'06" E); thence N 41033'47" E. a distance of 58.50 feet more or less, to the south line of Hennepin County State Aid Highway No. 18, Plat 32; thence easterly along said southerly line of C.S.A.H. No. 18 to its intersection with the northerly extension of the westerly right of way of said Lancaster Lane and there terminating. WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Petition and found the same to be in order NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of November 27, 1978 at 7:30 P.M. at the Council Chambers, Public Works Building, as the time and place for the Public Hearing on said Petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said Hearing as provided by law.
