Pursuant to due call .ind notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heTd on the
6th day of November , 19 78. The following members were

S�Q s Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-728
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON
FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
1979 - 1983
WHEREAS, the City Council has developed a Capital Improvements Program for the
years 1979 through 1983, and
WHEREAS, said proposed Program has been recommended by the Planning Commission
as to the consistency with all local comprehensive plans and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to obtain public comments before final adoption
of the Program
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of November 20, 1978
at 7:30 P.M. at the Council Chambers, Public Works Building as the time and place
for the Public Hearing on said Capital Improvements Program and directs the
administrative staff to publish Notice of said Hearing.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
