Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tiie 6th day of

Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils, Seibold and Sodeth

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 78-724
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR VICKSBURG.INDUSTRIAL PARK
FOR GEORGE A. JACKSON ASSOCIATES (A-552)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for Vicksburg Industrial Park for George A. Jackson Associates Inc. (A-552),
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording
of said plat, subject to the following conditions:
1. Appropriate measures to implement construction of the proposed new
Medina Road and Ranchview Lane as approved by the City Engineer.
2. Review and approval of the property abstract by the City Attorney
shall be confirmed.
3. Development Contract shall require developer to petition for
improvement of Vicksburg Lane to ultimate urban section.
4. All dead and diseased trees shall be removed from the site at the
sole expense of the developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
