CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r ulnar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of
November 19 78 . The following members were present:

Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-722
AUTHORIZING VACATION OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT IN
CIMARRON EAST ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition to vacate a drainage and utility easement in Cimarron East
Addition has been received by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, the City Council did by Resolution No. 78-678 determine that a Public
Hearing on said Petition should be'held on November 6, 1978 in accordance with
Minnesota Statutes 412.851, and
WHEREAS, a Notice of said Hearing Was published and posted two weeks prior to
said November 6, 1978 as required by law, and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a Public Hearing on November 6, 1978 to inform any
and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of the easement, and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easement is not needed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The following described easement is hereby vacated:

A 20' Permanent Sanitary Sewer Easement
The centerline of said 20 foot permanent easement is described as follows:
Commencing at the East Quarter corner of Section 28, Township 118,
Range 22; thence North 0 degrees 11 minutes 35 seconds west, assumed
bearing along the East line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section
28 a distance of 407.71 feet; thence South 89 degrees 47 minutes 12
seconds West, distance of 724.69 feet to the point of beginning of
the centerline to be described; thence South 24 degrees 48 minutes
40 seconds West, 690.97 feet; thence South O.degrees 11 minutes 35
seconds West, 902.01 feet; thence South 89 degrees 47 minutes 58
seconds West, 208.71 feet; thence South 0 degrees 11 minutes 35
seconds West, 208.00 feet more or less to the centerline of County
Road No. 6 and there terminating.

2. The Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the attached Quit Claim
Deed on behalf of the City of Plymouth conveying the vacated easement to
Cheyenne Land Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
