HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1978-709• CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aspecial meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 23rd day of October , 19 78. The fulIowing members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 78-709 REDUCING ASSESSMENT SECURITY FOR "REINHARD INDUSTRIAL PARK" FOR BUHLER-MIAG, INC. (A-646) WHEREAS, An Agreement between the City and Buhler-Miag, Inc. dated November 9, 1976 provided for a bond to assure payment of the Special Assessment on Project 609; and WHEREAS, said Special Assessment has been paid in full on October 21, 1977; and WHEREAS, Specials paid to date reduce the amount of security required; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the reduction of the bond guaranteeing the special assessment on the "Reinhard Industrial Park" for Buhler-Miag, Inc. to the amount of $0.00. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken V areon. the 0 owing voted to tayor thereof: Mayor Hunt Counrilmamharc Hnyt- Nails, Seibold and Spaeth e o owing voted against ora abstained; -NnnA Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
