Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
23rd day of October 19 78 . The following members were
present: Maynr Hunt, rnunrilmamhurc uGL�ft, Nei]S, Spihnld and Snapth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-704
RESOLUTION ORDERING STOP SIGN
49TH AVENUE AT ZACHARY LANE
WHEREAS, 49th Avenue has been constructed between Larch and Zachary Lanes, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found that there is a need to designate the right-of-
way for automobile traffic in this area,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does order the installation of a stop sign at
the intersection of 49th Avenue and Zachary Lane for east bound traffic on 49th
Avenue.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilm , and upon vote being taken t'=reon. the
