CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was eld on the . 23rd day of October , 19 78 . None Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-703 CALLING FOR HEARING ON STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS OAKVIEW LANE NORTH OF T. H. 55 PROJECT NO. 813 WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted November 7, 1977, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of Oakview Lane north of T.H. 55 by the installation of watermain laterals, and previously constructed trunk facilites, storm sewer, bituminous street restoration and all necessary appurtenances, and this report was received by the Council on February 6, 1978. WHEREAS, the City Council ordered the improvement on Oakview on March 2, 1978 without any storm sewer improvement, and WHEREAS, a property owner has petitioned the City that the storm sewer improvement be reconsidered, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council consider the storm sewer improvements for such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 419.011 to 429.111, (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended), at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $23,478.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 20th day of November, 1978, in the Council Chambers in the City Public Works Building at 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
