RESOLUTION NO. 78-701
FERNBROOK LANE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 804
APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR BRIDGE #91604
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has applied to the Commissioner of Transportation for
a grant from the Minnesota State Transportation Fund for the construction of City
Bridge No. 91604 over the Plymouth Creek and;
WHEREAS, the application for the grant has been reviewed by the Metropolitan Council,
a Regional Development Commission, and;
WHEREAS, the amount of the grant has been determined to be $76,163.00 by reason of the
lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,
that the City of Plymouth does hereby affirm that any cost of the bridge in excess of
the grant will be appropriated from funds available to the City of Plymouth, and that
any grant monies appropriated for the bridge but not required, based on the final
estimate, shall be returned to the Minnesota State Transportation Fund.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
