Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
23rd day of October , 19 78 . The following members were
present: MAyor Hunt_ Cnuncilmemh rs Hoyt_ Neils_ SFihnld and Spagth
The following memoers were absent: None _
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-698
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - DEERWOOD MEADOWS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution of the Council adopted September 18, 1978, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improve-
ment of the Deerwood Meadows Addition by the installation of ornamental residential
street lights and this report was received by the Council on October 23, 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted September 18, 1978. The petitioner has waived his right to a
public hearing.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States
Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
