Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a�„�,� meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minn— esoot was eld on the
23rd day of October , 19 78. The following members were
present: _Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
_ Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-697
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO
26TH AVENUE FROM ANNAPOLIS TO YUCCA LANE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council accepts the petition from Carlson Properties, Inc.,
the owners of the property adjacent to 26th Ave. between Annapolis and
Yucca Lane.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik &
Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed to report to
the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection
with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement
as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
